UTR Competition Training Camp

To join this camp players must be enrolled in a registered competition, eg at White City Tennis or the ESTA comp, or be involved in a regular competition through their school. There will be a daily focus on live play scenarios alongside UTR match play. This intensive program is sure to raise the player’s heart rate and advance their match play and tennis skills.

The best way to progress as a tennis player is to spend more time on court. We recommend players try and combine private coaching with another form of tennis activity. Whether that is junior squad, junior comp or our junior academy.

Frequently asked questions

How do I book?

Bookings for the hotshots and training camps can be done online. If you haven’t played with us before you will be required create a customer profile so that we have all of you details on file. Please note that the booking is not complete if the payment form is not completed as prepayment is required.

What should I bring?

All campers need to bring along a hat, water bottle, snacks for the day. Wear comfortable sports clothing and bring a racquet if they have one. Loan racquets are available and junior racquets can be purchased for $40 from the Pro Shop.

What is included in the costs?

The cost for this camp includes dedicated tennis coaching staff, and a chance to win prizes.

Can my child come for a single day?

Yes. If your child cannot make each day then they can come to the days that they are free.

What happens if it rains?

Our tennis camps are always on rain, hail, or shine*. We have access to an indoor space where coaches will conduct indoor training and tennis focused activities in the event of rain. Coaches will ensure that kids are playing on courts as soon as the bad weather has stopped.

*Please note during the development we do not have access to indoor space therefore in the event of a washout we will notify you by text ahead of time.
